We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Paypal). Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 - 6 business days.

7 Day Exchange Policy. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue you a credit.
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. You will have your order information and tracking number in your account page.
International Orders It is up to you to track your order and if it being held due to payment of charges. That is your responsibility to take care of.
